Wonderful Stay

The room had blackout curtains, which i found helpful for sleeping. The bathroom featured Molton Brown toiletries (my favourite brand). I liked that there was a coffee machine with a variety of coffee pods available. The bed was very comfortable (i slept very well).
The indoor pool's temperature was a bit too low, making it less enjoyable for extended swims.

The hotel included a putting green, perfect for a bit of outdoor fun. The spa area provides steam rooms and saunas, great for relaxation. The indoor pool had designated hours for families.

lovely hotel stay!

friendly staffexcellent breakfastgreat spaminimal steam
the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay! they assisted me promptly with storing my luggage, and gave useful printing help. breakfast was excellent with a great choice of items and quality ingredients. the spa facilities added a nice bonus to my stay!
The steam room had minimal steam, and one of the saunas was barely warm. this meant that everyone crowded into the only working, small sauna room. This situation was not ideal.
Location
9/10
This hotel offers fine sea views from many vantage points. The location allowed me to easily enjoy the scenery. the views complemented the hotel's refurbishment adding value to my visit.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides a pool and thermal rooms. These areas are well kept and offer relaxation. the spa area includes a therapy pool that extends outside which enhances the experience. changing facilities are kept clean and include hair dryers and straighteners.
Rooms

My beautiful double room had two double beds and a wonderful bathroom. It was spacious and clean. the new decor throughout the room and hotel looked refreshed. sky channels were a useful addition to in-room entertainment.

Okay Stay with Noticeable Issues

inconsistent servicedated bathroom
I found service in the bar area inconsistent. Staff seemed to ignore my table for extended periods. This occurred even though I spent a considerable amount on food and drinks. I expected better attention. The room, although great, had a bathroom that felt dated. The shower pressure was insufficient.

the steam room felt a bit too crowded since it was the only spa feature fully functional. a proper lid was apparently too much to ask for on the toilet. i guess i am old-fashioned for expecting that, but it would have been nice!
